@viktordueck Try hitting “didn’t get code” you should then have option to have code sent to email instead , if no dice get support to help you

Do you still have access to your email associated with PM account? If you do, then you can get 2FA email code sent instead of text or call.
Click on the "didn't get the code" link and then should be offered 2FA email option
