my data hasn’t worked for weeks. I can’t submit a ticket. I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this. Signing into get help is so arduous.

Has it ever worked here? Along with the ideas suggested above, check the APN settings. Or provide us some images of what you have. And of course you turned on cell data right?
