Data not working.

my data hasn’t worked for weeks. I can’t submit a ticket. I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this.  Signing into get help is so arduous.

@Jawna click the down arrow on the top right of your post and select Edit Message

Has it ever worked here? Along with the ideas suggested above, check the APN settings. Or provide us some images of what you have. And of course you turned on cell data right?

@Jawna first, if you need to open ticket, message support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
but check this first
  • check My Account using Incognito mode and check if you used up the data
  • check if your phone has data limit enabled, doable it
  • try Reset all networks on your phone
  • try your sim in another phone
