No data for a couple of months now. Data when at WiFi but not outside wi-fi areas, like car. Also, when I click on Mobile Phone Plan message says "Public Mobile has no provisioning website".

You can ask the "provider" @Walster1
All of us here are just other customers like you; we're not public mobile employees. Perhaps you may have been unaware you were not dealing with Public Mobile staff on this community forum.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

Sorry, this is above my pay grade. Provider should be able to talk English to me.

Yes, talk and text works. My phone is a Umidigi Power 7S, has powerful battery, Android 11, 4GB, Model MP06.

No, I cannot try another phone with SIM. Phone calls are working fine. My account shows 0 GB used this month.

Just to be certain, you're in CANADA while trying to access data, correct?
Or are you in USA with a US add-on or a Canada-US plan?

Can you try your sim in another phone? Do you see data available in your account?
