Roaming feature must be enabled and make sure data is on. Connect to mobile carrier.

A common problem is people get the wrong add-on...make sure you got the 10 Day US Roaming Add-on, with talk/text/data you'da paid $20. The data will not work until you've connected to either of T-mobile or AT&T. Make sure roaming is enabled on your phone. Cycle phone off / on.

@Publicareefa I'm assumng you are currently in the US correct? Make sure roaming is turned on and also try restarting your phone. If you still can't get it going and you have made sure that the correct add-on appears on the landing page of your selfseve account then manually search for either ATT&T or T-Mobile and try connecting to the network.
If the add-on does not appear on your selserve landing page then you need to purchase the add-on. Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. First you fund your account and then you need to purchase the add-on.

When you log into your account under add-ons - do you see the us roaming add-on ? Also make sure you enable roaming.

Enable roaming and enable data. Restart your phone. Your phone should be connected to AT&T or T-Mobile. Report result.
