Data not working out of the blue

  • Both my account and my husband's account data service stopped working today. We can still text and call. We both got lots of data. Maybe a breach thing going on?

I'm located in BC and have the same issue, we just upgraded my plan last night to have more data and now after doing so I have this same issue where I am connected to the public mobile network but data refuses to work even after going through every possible troubleshooting solution including resetting all network settings.

are you in GTA area? you can be impacted by this

but still try to reboot the phone and reset network settings
