Data not working on iPhone 13 Pro Max after changing plan from 30 day- 3GB LTE plan to 90 day plan

Data no longer working despite restarting phone. I had no issues before the plan change on my renewal date. Any solutions?

This worked! Also had to toggle airplane mode on and off to get it completely solved.

Hello @RV22 

Try this to see if it works again. Go to Settings, Cellular, Network Selection, turn off Automatic and pick Public Mobile. Exit out of there and then reboot. Once rebooted, try again.

we saw this problem before after plan change

please try to Reset All networks first.  If still no data after reset,  please submit a ticket with CS agent:
