Data not working on Ulefone Note 16

I got a new phone but the data doesn't seem to work with my SIM card and this phone. It only shows options for 4G, 3G & 2G. Does it have something to do with it being LTE?

is that Ulefone Note 16 Pro?

if it is Ulefone Note 16 Pro, it should have the proper 3G and 4G bands to make the proper data connection

Please check the APN settings below and update accordingly:
