are you in US now or you have a US friend to refer to use PM?
To refer a friend, you login to My Account, go to Referral page and get your referral code and gives it to your friend
For your friend, he need to have an app store set as Canada and download PM app to start the subscription process. He also needs a credit card that registered with a Canadian address (or he will have to get a preapdi credit card in Canada for registration)
During registration, he will need to enter the friend referral code that you gave him to get the referral credit
