Data not working in USA

Presently in n the USA for a few days bought add-On for roaming. I can make and receive calls but my data is not working, unable to browse online

Also confirm that you may not have purchased a ‘talk and text’ only bundle versus a ‘talk, text and data’ bundle.

@danglin67  Make sure your phone has data roaming turned on , make sure your connected to T mobile and reboot your device … if you end up needing to contact support because it doesn’t work entirely you can ask for a credit

Make sure turn data and roaming on.

Add: make sure the US add on is include data.
