Data not working - Ontario

Does anyone else in Ontario have issues with their data? Everything else works fine but the data has not been working since this morning.

@channahfq - what trouble shooting have you tried?

 

If you have data left on your account (you can also call 611 to confirm data balances) and you do not have a data limit set on your device, try:

  • toggling into/out of airplane mode
  • remove and reinsert your sim card
  • reset network settings on the device
  • try the sim into another phone to see if data works

Login to your account and check your data usage.

Also check if there are any outage in your area:

@channahfq   did you check My Account and confirm if you have enough data?

Please login again using Incognito mode to make sure you get the latest data usage count

 

Try reboot the phone once

 

And, if you are on Android, make sure you didn't set Data limit on your mobile data screen, disable it if you have
