Hi, I need to submit a ticket but couldn't verify myself. The first option doesn't take my username and password. The second option requires a pin which I don't have. Third option I filled up last payment details, account number, etc but there was one field asking for date of last add-on. I don't know that and my account doesn't show that. Can I have a new pin please.
