Just renewed, paid for 40G data. Plus I have 900 add on left. Can not access it. I had zero issues prior to payment. Can my data be activated please.

It kinda looks like they hosed anyone switching to the $45 for 40GB@5G offer. They quietly cancelled my scheduled change and kept me on the $45 for 30GB@5G plan. The scheduled change for a few weeks from now no longer shows in my account and the option to switch to that plan is gone entirely.

The last few months things have been operating pretty willy nilly as far as random retractions on offers go, half baked eSim support, etc. Public really needs to get their act together.

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
