Hi, looks like I'm joining the growing ranks of people whose data is not working. Happened to me this morning. Submitted a ticket and heard nothing back so far, seems a lot of you are not getting a response. What is going on??1

@Bushkin82  If you already have a eSIM and have to repurchase one, PM should reimburse the value.

Hi, I sent the information requested and my data is still not back today. It's extremely important that I have my phone for my work and I will need it by Monday. Is Public going to refund me when I am forced to buy a temporary SIM card and plan?

Update: CSM_PA got in touch yesterday. I sent the info they requested. Today, data is still off.

Done all that', didn't make a difference. Calls work.

Also noticed a few posts about data issue. 

Ticketing/private message system is not working properly. 

Try the previous suggestions. If not, I have escalated your post to CSA_PM.

what phone do you have?  any chance you are BC ?  There is a active service outage in Cranbrook, BC at the moment

Or you might want to try Reboot your phone and Reset network settings on the phone

@Bushkin82  what kind of phone do you have? im guessing you have reset network settings, toggled on/off airplane mode, swapped your sim (if physical) to another phone to test etc etc?  Does everything else work? text calls
