BB3064 just pd $10 for data for my sim to get a iMessage number confirmation and it didn’t work! How can I get back my $10 when not used at all? I am paying $12.50 a mo just to keep my number with PM and now $10 pd to receive a 4 number code re banking and it didn’t work. Can I get my money back if same day and unused?

HI @BB3064 Was your iMessage already setup with your current phone number when you were in Canada? Why you need to pay for roaming to receive the iMessage number confirmatoin?
Also, iMessage number confirmation sent via Text, but you pay $10 for roaming data?

How are you paying $12.50? Are you in the states? That bank would likely be SMS so you should have been able to get it. Do you still see the amount in your Available Funds?

Note that purchasing an add-on is a two step process.
You should be able to use it instantly.
1-First you need to add the $ to your account and
2-then add the add-on to your account. (did you make sure you did this step)
Don't forget to restart your phone.
If the $'s are on in your Available Funds you can just leave it there for future renewals.
