Hello Community,
I have used my Data from Plan but my account shows 440MB remaining from Add-on purchased. However, no data service working. I have done the following steps without any luck:
- Turn on Aeroplan mode and turn off
- Reset Cellular Setting i.e APN
- Reset Network settings.
I am on iPhone X. Please let me know what to do ?

Can you confirm that you have data left by logging into your account, but clear your browser cache first and go incognito. As well click on the spinner icon to refresh the page in self service.
