Zoom uses roughly 540MB-1.62 GB of data per hour for a one-on-one call, and 810MB-2.4 GB per hour for group meetings. Mobile users will likely consume slightly less data due to Zoom optimizing its bandwidth based on your connection.

That's a Zoom issue, not something Public Mobile can provide information on.
Data usage of Zoom depends on many variables, like video call vs voice only, quality of the video stream, how many people are in the conversation...
In the early days of the pandemic I had one conference call (3 people) of less than an hour that used nearly 2.5GB...
Edited to add that I use Zoom over WiFi only these days.

@Bingka_486 roughly speaking
1.08 GB/Hour on group calls with video set to 720p resolution.
2.5 GB/hour on calls with video set to 1080p resolution
500 MB/hour on calls with SD resolutions
