Hello for the past probably 9 months or more maybe the network ( calls, internet) drops when I am using the phone. It comes right back but this happens every 5 -10 minutes.
So when I am talking to someone or on the internet, zoom calls etc it disrupts my activity.
I am in the USA but this never happened before in the past and my plan include data 60G and minutes unlimited in the USA .
How can this be fixed?

@ChristinaG It’s good to shut phone down every now and then for a few mins and reboot the device I’d start with that if you haven’t done so in awhile . Also if you have physical sim it it possible for you to test in another phone and see if the issue persists ? Could help determine if it’s an account issue or device issue

what phone do you have?
PM has 3 roaming partners in US: T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon. Try to connect each of them manually and see if any network has a more stable connection. Also, on each network, if it does not work well, try also 4G (LTE) and 5G
