Anyone know way my data didn't reset in my new billing cycle? Bill paid this month.

It is ok, got messages from other accounts saying the same thing. My app has been stuck as well.
Looking on android device....
Settings -> Connections -> Data usage
If your billing cycle is set right, it'll display how much data has been used as you're device will have that information.

@Sky_Baron , delete the app data and check again or use incognito mode on the browser.

In the Public Mobile app on the first page where it shows the data counter, I have found that it can take several refreshes until the information updates. Swipe down to refresh until the current date and time is shown as the time that the data counter was last updated.
