We are both on the 50 GB Canada/US plan and confirmed that our phones are active. My wife has been able to use data in US but not talk for a week now. All outgoing phone calls disconnect to the person receiving the call. All incoming calls to her phone say her phone is not in service. My Motorola g-play is fine. Her’s is a Samsung S20 FE. We tried restart, Network Service Reset and selecting different carriers in the US. Turned the data roaming on and off as well. Nothing worked. Little LTE signal in the top right hand corner of her phone (the one with up and down arrows) continuously flashes on and off.

man I have exactly the opposite problem, can call and text but no data!

@Glaunder Set your phone to automatic or if you can set it to 2G and connect to T mobile

@Glaunder - Try Manually connecting to 2G / EDGE / GSM on T-Mobile for voice calls and data (But data is a little slower).
