I am experiencing issues with my data not working. I have already tried factory reset, restarting my phone, ensured my bills/cellular data were up to date and paid. I recently changed plans from $15 to $25 a few days ago but I'm not sure if that would impact. Cannot receive incoming calls and my data is not showing up.

open ticket with PM support and them to fix it for you..

@kaitlinwu PM has a major issue with scheduled plan change request on the last couple days. PM support can help but you need to open ticket with them
