@awfmilton   My Account is now up, you can check your data usage and account stastus easier now

@awfmilton  self serve is up and running I just signed in also check you have data left here 

Try again  incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

We're customers just like you on this community, not Public Mobile staff.

 

You do, however, have every right to express your displeasure with public mobile directly, here's how!

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

it is true site is down  for maintenance, but usually it wont affect data service

 

And, does your voice service work?

 

call 1.855.4PUBLIC to see if Account status is active and if you have data left

 

chexk if yiu have a data limit enabled on your phone? disable it if you have one set

Double check to see if the Cellular Data is enabled on the Settings.

If it is, the could be an outage in your area. Check the outage map:

My data stopped working, so I tried to log into my account and that's not working either. You people are costing me money, fix it asap
