I have a new SIM card and it says it’s invalid when I go to set up an account online

I remember on this Forum, someone tried to activate the PM SIM by entering a Lucky Mobile SIM number.🤦♂️
Anyway, where did you purchase the PM SIM?

@DarcyG - can you confirm if you are Activating this new SIM card, or are you SWAPPING this SIM card on an existing My Account?
Make sure this this is a Public Mobile SIM card not, and not Telus or other type card.

@DarcyG is that a new PM sim card that was never activated?
Also, any chance you activated once, got error and you are re-attempting the activation a 2nd time and got the error??
Where you bought the sim card from??

@DarcyG Is it a new SIM card ? Also you only need to enter the last 9 digits of sim card the first 10 digits should pre load on the screen
