For great detail that's what I thought as well once add on used up then its disappear from add on usage section. That's why I suggest to check payment history just to make sure if op think 100 percent he didn't use that data sometime money move to available fund maybe he have funds available and haven't bought a add-on
Also agreed since its only 200 mb maybe some app used it up all or background app one day my android system suck up my 278 mb in 3 mins probably some updates so I restricted all background app so I won't get surprises like past usage issues

Also recommend download my data management or data witness to track your data as well this way you don't have to keep checking back and Forth with self serve

If all data is used within the addon, it will drop from the addon section of selfserve, and usage history will also be removed. This is unfortunately, how the system at PM works.
@adhamrefaat77, I know you say you haven't used the data, but have you checked on your device for any usage information? You my find that you did indeed use the data, whether intentional or not, via various apps, even system or app updates.
Personally, I've been having problems with IFTTT, and aa applet that turns off my WiFi when I leave my apartment. The problem is, I haven't actually left, but the applet thinks I have. Even this could cause unexpected data usage.

If it's not showing in your self serve either its all used up also try checking add on usage page as well

i had 200 mb and i added another 200mb from about 10 days and i found that my total was 400 mb

Maybe it's not added properly
It's a 2 step process first you buy add-on from credit card then fund transfer to your available fund then you go back and buy it again from available fund

I didn't use my data and when try to see my usage in my account it seems that i didn't had data at all. so i can't see my usage

If data add-on no longer is showing in your account, the data has be used. Check usage history to see when that happened.
