If all data is used within the addon, it will drop from the addon section of selfserve, and usage history will also be removed. This is unfortunately, how the system at PM works.
@adhamrefaat77, I know you say you haven't used the data, but have you checked on your device for any usage information? You my find that you did indeed use the data, whether intentional or not, via various apps, even system or app updates.
Personally, I've been having problems with IFTTT, and aa applet that turns off my WiFi when I leave my apartment. The problem is, I haven't actually left, but the applet thinks I have. Even this could cause unexpected data usage.

i had 200 mb and i added another 200mb from about 10 days and i found that my total was 400 mb

I didn't use my data and when try to see my usage in my account it seems that i didn't had data at all. so i can't see my usage

If data add-on no longer is showing in your account, the data has be used. Check usage history to see when that happened.
