I purchased 1 gigabyte of data as an add-on because I am travelling.
A few days later, I purchased an additional 1gb.
Only 1 gigabyte is showing up on my plan-
I put the funds in my account and then purchased....the funds have been taken out.
Can someone please help?
Thank you

Thank you! The reason I asked is because it only says 1 gigabyte although the total is 2048.
Appreciate your reply!

No dumb questions. You bought 2 units of 1GB data. They stack together in the same line item giving the total. If you had used some of one before buying another then it would have added the remainder of 1 to the new 1GB and give that new total as the new amount available.

HI @Catherp the first data add-on was not used up yet, right?
and you are talking about regular data in Canada, not roaming?
Send us a screenshot of the My Data & Add-ons and see if we find anything unusual

@Catherp Hi in your account under plans and add-ons you should see a line with data add-on How many megabytes does it say you have?
