I bought a data add-on and activated it, however, it's not kicking in and I am left without any data.
I bought the 1G for $15. It was meant to kick in after my data was done this month so I want stranded until next month.

@hend_made1 , is your line functioning properly otherwise. If there is issues with the account, it could affect add-on functionality. Recently there have been a lot of account issues related to renewals. Please also confirm that the add-on is showing in your self serve account.
