You can dial 611 to make payment using your on-file credit card...you'll need your PM pin number.

You can go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get payment vouchers...then dial 611 to add them to your acct.

Deal with email issue later.

@chloegillis69 , do you mean change the email address associated with the self serve account?  If so, you need to use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.  In the mean time you can use 611 on your phone to make a payment.
