Today, I have purchased 1 GB add-on and I paid through my debit card. The payment processed and it was even debited from my bank account, but it was not showing on my public mobile account and I could not use the data. Can anyone please tell me how to resolve this issue?

@harikiranchukka its a 2 step process add the funds and then buy it. It sounds like you did step 1. Now buy it. See below on where to do it.

@harikiranchukka hi it is a 2 step process you have put the funds in your account now go in and purchase it
