Just recently signed on, for what I had assumed would have been a great service considering the business model, however have run into a massive hurdle.
Phone: Xiaomi Redmi 4X
Model: MAI132
According to Willmyphonework, the phone in my possesion should be compatiable with the 3g network and partially the 4g network. I have tried every step imagainable to no avail. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
My current plan is
$40
-2gb
-Unlimited Text
-Unlimited Calling
What other steps can I take and if it doesn't work, what steps are available?
EDIT:
Interestingly enough, the calls I tried to make are showing on the usage history... What is going on?

Did you private message them?

Still have yet to hear back from MOD...
This has been extremely disappointing. I am a customer who is looking to use the service that I paid for and am unable to do so due to the lack of support from the company whom the service is provided.

That form will only check if the phone is black listed or not.
For compatibility willmyphonework.net is one of the more reliable sources.
If you have a reliable source indicating what bands the phone supports you can compare them with the information in this post: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/LTE-network-fundamentals/m-p/198799/highl...

@steepers If you have your phone set to use LTE, try it on 3G. All calls are carried on the 3G network.
Did you request a port-in of another number? If is stuck, the moderators will help.

Could the problem be that preferred network type is set to 4G/LTE? In order to make calls, the phone needs to drop down to 3G.

They have been notified. I would love to get my phone going.
Try the sim on any other phone if you have to test. If it works, there is something wrong with your phone.

How do I contact a MOD?
