Hi,
My credit card was expired and I wasn't aware of it. My service was suspended.
After I updated my card info, and pushed the payment. It said my account is back to active in "My Account".
But my service is still not restored. I tried turning off/on my phone, reselect carrier in phone settings, verified Cellular Data Network and waited for 3 days. I still haven't get my service back.
Is there any steps I left or I simply have to wait longer?

Remember to power off your phone and not just off/on your screen. So hold down the power button and power off then power back on.

@evo Try logging back into your account again using a browser in incognito mode and make sure that your account and plan is Active. You might have been looking at old cached information before. Maybe the payment really didn't go through. Double check in the payment history of your account.

I think you did everything ever advised in this case.
To confirm your account is really Active, try accessing your account with difference browser, clear cache, use incognito mode.
Your account is active, you did reboot it few times, reset carrier. The only thing I could suggest is to try your SIM in another phone.
If everything fails, last resource would be to contact agent for assistance.
