I had selected the $40 for 15g to switch over on my next payment. I just checked and it didn't switch over. How do I get this rectified so, I don't have to pay double?

@smerry hi you are probably looking at a cached /old version of your account try a different browser in private or incognito mode and sign back in

@smerry Try logging in to your account using a browser in incognito mode. Your probably looking at old cached information.
