Data, SMS & MMS Issues

I started to notice in the past week or so, my services aren't working properly.

 

MMS - I started recieving messages that were sent DAYS ago.

SMS - I had multiple people attempt to message me, and i did not recieve it at all.

Data - Browsing works, but email isn't being pushed consistently. 

 

I haven't made any changes recently that should affect these, but open to troubleshooting ideas!

Not sure what you mean by wakelock frequency. Not quite sure what would be causing a delay in push notifications?

@photosbydan, what model of phone and OS edition are you running.  Providing this information will help a lot in suggesting things to troubleshoot.  The first thing that comes to mind is hibernate functions on the phone that may excessively delay push notifications.  I purposely run amplify on my android device to the limit wakelock frequency.  Sometimes when I wake the device, I get a blast of notifications.

No new updates installed - APN settings are exactly as they should be

Did you install any updates on your phone? Have you tried restarting your phone?


Can you check to ensure that your MMS and APN settings are still consistent with what they should be as stated in this topic:
