I purchased 2 add ons 2 days ago. 8$ for USA Texts and 15$ for 1GB USA. Normally I cannot send texts in the USA but was able to yesterday when I went (so that worked), but I had no data! I re-started my phone, turned ON data roaming and had data ON, and had the R with 3-4/4 bars of recepetion displayed at the top right. What's going on??

Its an honest mistake.....if you feel you won't ever use the $15/1gb add on ask the moderators to just remove it and add the US roaming add on instead. If you need data immediately purchase the intended US roaming add on and ask for a credit instead.

Yah, that is funny.
Where you specified earlier it was showing up under your Data & Add-On's, I have to admit was stumped.
Perhaps use the below as a reference for US add-ons. Good luck!!!

How about this....
OP mentions $15 1Gb US roaming data. There ISN’T a 1 Gb US roaming plan. The US roaming data plan IS $15 but is only 1/2 Gb data. If the 1Gb data add-on were purchased, it ISN’T US Roaming data, it is Canada Only data.
<edit> CRAP... I guess I should have refreshed the page after reducing and before replying. I Nailed It but a couple of minutes TOO LATE.

Hilarious, I bought a Canadian 1GB add-on instead of the USA Roaming add-on. I was rushing to buy it after a 16 hour work-day and wasn't paying attention I guess...

@marcandreb16....😷
whilst waiting for moderator assistance try these...Turn on Airplane mode for a moment / Then OFF again.
Take the sim outta the phone...then put it back and restart phone.
If you have a phone with dual sim ports, try the sim in the other port.
Keep us posted if anything works.
Wear your mask whilst in US.

I did do all those things, it still did not work. Yes I did the 2 step purchasing and it is showing up currently as a purchased add-on that can be used. I submitted a ticket.

Yes as @HALIMACS stated, check you are account online to ensure you don't still have $15 sitting in available funds. That would indicate that the $15 10 day US Roaming add-on wasn’t purchased correctly. It is a bit of a convoluted process purchasing add-ons. Many people have problems getting it done correctly.

Make sure Roaming is enabled and you may need to reset network connections to another available network.
Restart your phone. It should connect to AT&T or T-Mobile. If not, select the network you want to use.
EDIT: Also, make sure the indicated add-ons are showing under your "Data and Add-Ons" section in your self-serve landing page ( perhaps you're able to check in a Wi-Fi zone since data is your concern)
It's possible you may have added the funds to purchase it, but may not have selected it, as buying add-ons is a 2-step process.
