@mgladman4 does it still show you have data after hitting that circle refresh buttonin your My Account?
Also, you can confirm your data remaining on your account by calling 611 too.

HI @mgladman4 just to confirm you have plenty of data and you are not reading cached old information (because the site has some cache issue), please login My Account using Incognito mode and check again
Also, if you are on Android, make sure you didn't set a data limit, if so, disable it
If you are on iPhone, check if the app is enabled for mobile data
and you can also try to Reset all networks and see if it helps
