I am looking for my order i placed 15 days ago. I received a confirmation with order number but have not received it or carrier instructions.

HI @Ihatethischatbo was it a sim card order or phone order?
you can submit a ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Check with a CS_Agent (customer service agent) by private messaging with the envelope icon above or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page.

Check your Spam emails, it might be there.
If not, contact a CS_Agent for the tracking number and updates.

It is common for orders to take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Canada Post are taking their time for delivering your order.
You can contact a CS_Agent on updates of your order but it should arrive next week.

What did you order?
Usual delivery time for SIM cards is 5-10 business days even though some customers experienced even longer time.
SIM are not trackable. Phones should have tracking number.
