- I’m curious to find out more about what exactly a “Data Event” call type is. I sent videos to my boyfriend and his call log shows call type “data event” but the originating number is his, not mine. Does that mean he has seen the videos? Thank you.

The descriptions used on usage history are either, incoming/outgoing call, SMS, web, or data event.
Calls and SMS (standard texting) are self-explanatory.
Web is populated twice a day, when Public Mobile adds all the data consumed over the prior 12 hours and posts it under history.
Data Event is a record of a Multi-media message. (MMS) It does not count toward one's data allotment (however can only be used when Data is toggled "on"), and includes things such as picture texts, videos, and certain group chats.

HI @christinac1986 that is MMS and it didn't actually cost you any data from you data bucket.
