Hi everyone,
A few months ago I had signed up for the $40 promo plan which gives me 12GB every 3 months.
I'm trying to see my data usage online and I go to the Data tab, however nothing shows up. Has anyone experienced this before? I know I'm looking in the right spot yet the data usage isn't showing up.

Another option is the data tracking app, designed by Public Mobile community member @IWIK, called Data Witness. You can learn more about the app by reading the topic here.

Plan renewal happens on Nov 9th - I can get through until then, was just surprised to not see anything under the data tab.
Thought it would still show up as 12GB/12GB.

if your data is used up you have two options:
1) buy 1gb addon to last you till your renewal or possibly 2
2) renew your plan early. to do so add the needed funds then message teh moderators and ask them for an early renewal.
usually option 2 is the most economical.

If nothing is showing under Add-ons then you data allowance has been used completely. How much longer until your renewal date?
