Annoying! You will not have response until tomorrow.
If you are trying to make a payment, dial *611 and follow the prompts.
If service is down and you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Hey thanks for the message, yes I have sent a moderator message. I am locked out, can't remember the password and the reset link never arrived. I have checked my junk mail no luck. Annoying!

They leave shortly for the day. Did you send and email or private message? What problem do you have?
