Data 5 or 4g

Just wondering if there is anyway you can tell how much data you use each month I looked at my bills it doesn’t show me.And the real difference between 4g and 5 g some of the other carriers have better deals than here I have U.S AND Mexico calling never use it or 75 go data not even using a quarter of it just want thoughts before I move to another carrier thanks

you can only check the usage for the currently month.

but you can also download the usage history (90 days) in Excel and add the usage up yourself

4G and 5G , in terms or deals, no real difference here.  but 5G deals mostly are Canada US Mexico plan and 4G are Canada only.   For any plans you choose, you can use 4G or 5G network, the 4G and 5G Plan difference is just the speed, 100Mbps vs 250 Mbps (but again, you can use 4G or 5G networks )
