Hi,

I just paid my phone bill today to reactivate my phone. My phone is working now but my data is not working. My account is up to date and looks OK.  Do you know what I can do?

Thanks, Jamie

@Jamie4

If you account is showing your data is up to date. Maybe it is your phone setting, you probably check already but is cellular data enabled?

Try rebooting your phone as well…hold down the power button and power off then power back on after 2 minutes.

Ok I'm here now....what do you need?😁

Edit:

Ok seriously....if you just reactivated your account do you see your data counter on your overview page? If not did you recieve a data usage warning text?

It is very rare that the data counter doesn't get reset, so check your self serve as suggested as data can be chewed up pretty quickly. If it shows you have data and haven't used much then connect with a CSA to investigate.

@Jamie4 Do you see a line about data in your My Account 's My Data & Add-ons?  If you do, try to reboot your phone once more

And you have data working in this phone before?

If you do have data left try resetting your network settings and reboot and check your Apn settings.

Log in to your account / My Data and Add-ons to see if there's mention of data. If no mention of data...you've used it all until next renewal or you buy data add-on.

Edit..

which plan do you have ? You can burn through 250MB of data perdy fast.
