My  3G data plan of 1GB that was renewed automatically today-Dec. 12, has not worked since morning. What is the issue, please?

reboot your phone first.  Also, disable any data limiter 9n your phone

If data still not working, please engage Support by direct message

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

You should my login to your account to make sure AutoPay/Subscribe button is enabled. You can also check by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611 on the status of your account.

For some members, AutoPay/Subscribe button was disabled.
