ON AUGUST 13th my monthly charge of $26.25 went through twice on my credit card.

first login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode and check the transaction history, does it show 2 payments on or around Aug 13? If it shows 2 payment, then the extra would have saved in the account and would have also been used for the renewal on Sept 11 or 12th (if that is the case, the transaction history should only show it took money from credit and not the credit card)
if it is not what you expected, then please ask support agent to check.

this is long time ago, so it won't be just a pending charge. You will need to ask PM to check
You can open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
