Hello, I would like to keep my account active only until October 12th and do not want to use it after that. Is there any action I need to take?
I will no longer be in Canada and will be returning to my home country, so I want to use the service only until October 12th. My account will be closed, so the payment will not go through, but is there anything I need to do?
Please let me know the process.

you can esily unsubscribe the service for a month or up to 90 days. Just login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed". Your plan will then be suspended at the end of the current cycle.
But remember, you only have 90 days to come back or your account will be closed
When you are ready to come back, login back to My Account and click Pay and Resume services to restart the service and remember to go back to the same Manage Subscription page the toggle on Subscribed from there

@dsiofvb you would need to unsubscribe the payment method on file when you are ready.
You would sign into your account at that time and unsubscribe. After 90 days of no payment or available funds on the account, the account will automatically close.

@dsiofvb you will need to turn off "Subscribed" in your Public Mobile account through the app or website. After 90 days of non payment your account will automatically close and you will lose your phone number. That should be all you need to do but for extra measure you can contact a CS agent and ask them to remove your credit card from your account that way you will make sure not to continue to get billed. To reach a CS agent just click on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and type: Customer Support Agent
