Public Mobile does not have a customer service line. You can post a question here (PM community). Also, you can contact a moderator for assistance if you encounter difficulties such as payment issues.

Public Mobile is all online.
You may post questions here in the community forum as you are doing
If something specific to your account needs to be looked at or adjusted, then you'll need to contact Moderators.
To submit a ticket to Moderators: Click the green question mark at bottom and enter your question into SIMon. Answer the prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
If you encounter problems with submitting a ticket, you can send a private message to Moderators, but this alternate contact method may have longer response time.

So @BLUE1966 what is your problem? As @Triguy said you post here for help or contact a moderator via Simon below. No judgement here. And this is coming from someone who locked himself out of his own phone, and had to live chat with Samsung to get back into it.

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:
If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

PM does not have a call center. You can post to the forum for assistance or if it can't be resolved then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
