Those msg where last night and the issue hasn't been solved as the conversation ended with the agent not responding or solving the issue 🤔

I still have no service day 2 with no one helping me with my problems

You need to open ticket with PM CS_agent for further troubleshoot.  Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

You can click on the envelope in the top right, then you will see "Inbox". Click that and the drop down will have Outbox. Click that one, you will see your message to them. Ask them for an update.
