I need to speak to someone to cancel my dads phone
he died
can someone please tell me how to talk to a person

Also know that once you and the family have contacted the bank to advise of his passing, the credit card will be frozen and no more charges will occur. Therefore that should also auto stop payments and will close his account as well.

With Public mobile, there is no phone customer service.
Then you will need to directly private message CSA:

Note: it will take 1-3 hours for CSA to typically respond to your request.
Try to include as much information as possible for CSA to help.
