How long does it take for customer service to reply to messages. Been since last night. Still nothing. Need esim as I deleted mine. If this is what I have to do to get help. Not happy with this.

I have been waiting for 2 days and getting no response whatsoever. I submitted new tickets - still no response. Terrible customer service.

Can't get into account asking for pin code on cell #. Number ported from koodo. No cell service right now

If you deleted your eSIM, you can purchase another eSIM ($5) via your PM app.

@vhicke The few times I've needed them it's been within the hour but some have reported much longer. Bear in mind their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST. But you should be able to fix this yourself by going in to your account and electing to buy a new esim.
