Hello, I am already a Public Mobile customer (for 3+ years with the same subscription), however for a few months now when I want to log into my account to see my data usage stats, it is asking me to complete my activation. What should I do?

Hello and thank you for your help! It seems that I already have EverSafe because when I tried to sign up, my email was already registered. Moreover, when I also sign up into my PM account, I do go through a two step verification (phone#). Right after that, I am prompted with the activation thing, so I am a little confused.

You should be able to set up EVerSafe yourself instead of needing CSA help.

Website has caching issues, so you might want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode before trying to set up Eversafe login.

@Amadeus Also if you haven't changed your plan in a few years, I would suggest taking a look at current offers which are, in many cases, significantly better than what was available a few years ago.

@Amadeus It sounds like you never completed the Eversafe ID registration. It was a PM change that makes your account safer. I can't remember the steps I did but if you contact customer service at the link below they will help you through the process. Or another member will post them.
