Why is it so simple to activate and pay money? Why do you make it so complicated to get a hold of someone to activate services and troubleshoot problems? I paid my fees. The money has been taken out of my account but now I can’t activate the plan. I can’t do anything on my account up until my payment. Everything was working perfectly fine now that I’ve paid. It seems like all the doors are blocked. I can’t even log into my account without an error message popping. I can’t even get a hold of customer service without the chat box giving me 1000s of problems.

hi @JTTJ you were using the app when you activate?
did you get to the phone number step and the last step to complete the activation ?
of you have used the app and still have problems, please message support agent and they will sort this out quickly

@JTTJ Are you using the app to activate ? Not website you need the app . If still same issues with app try reboot the phone first if still no luck
