Why is it impossible to speak to a human being in this company?! I want to cancel my services and close my account. Someone call me ASAP PLEASE

but what exactly is your issue? maybe start a new post of your own and tell us what you need help from, Community might be able to help

If CS_agent doesn't reply in that time frame should I resend? I sent them a message last night and have yet to hear back.

Unfortunately I cannot get into my account that is the issue. They have my credit card on file and it’s being automatically charged I want to ensure my credit card information is removed

Nobody will call you from Customer Support. I do know that once you successfully transfer your PM number to your new network, your account here is automatically deactivated.

If you just wanna cancel your account altogether, just disable Subscribed in your PM account. Your next renewal will fail due to non-pay and your account will be Suspended. After 90 days Suspended...i9t's deactivated permanently. If you can't eve do that, use the link provided above to ask to have your account deactivated.

I have already done both I cannot login to my account to do anything myself nobody has responded to me it has been days. I need a live chat option to speak to a human being.

sorry, support won't call you, everyone is done by ticket

but to cancel, all you need to do is to login My Account, go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable the "Subscribed" toggle there

but you cannot login My Account for any reason, ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
